  • Dosage depends on a person's tolerance, mind set, digestion (ie what have you eaten today, how long ago etc) and your environment. Please, consider all these factors. The descriptions below are only guidelines and you should always err on the side of caution, start small and increase dose. Each time you dose you can have varying outcomes depending on the factors previously listed.

     

    • Micro:(0.1 - 0.50 grams) - should not feel any physical effects, only heightened mental well-being

    • Low: (0.5 - 1.0 grams) - heightened mental well-being, some physical effects, can carry on with some light daily activities around the house
