PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

 

Currently, we accept 2 methods of payments for our products. First, all on-line Canada Post Xpresspost orders can pay using Interac eTransfer from a Canadian bank account to either, deepmindsinc@gmail.com or 778-300-7922. All orders will be processed after the e-transfer is received. Second method of payment is cash on local delivery. 

 
Presently, we are NOT able to accept credit cards as the card companies do not support sale of psilocybin products.

 

I HAVE COMPLETED MY ORDER AND SENT MY INTERAC E TRANSFER PAYMENT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

 

Once you have completed your order and sent your eTransfer, we will receive notification within the hour. Then, when your payment is received your order will be shipped within the business day. Delivery by Canada Post Xpresspost will take 2-3 business days once it is shipped. Tracking information will also, be sent within the business day and package can be tracked all the way to your desired destination.

 

SHIPPING:

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS?

 

We have 2 shipping options and a pickup option which can can be chosen at the time of checkout.

 

Option 1 - Pickup:

The pickup option is located at 8888 152nd Street shopping mall. Once order notification has been received, we will contact you within the hour to arrange a pick up time.

 

Option 2 - Local delivery Greater Vancouver,BC delivery:

Local orders will be delivered within the business day at a time agreed upon with the customer.

 

Local orders within Surrey, BC are FREE!

 

ALL Orders $100 and more are FREE! 

 

Option 3 - Canada Post Xpresspost:

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for XPRESSPOST shipping Canada wide through Canada Post.

How does the Canada Post Xpresspost tracking working?

 

We will provide tracking information within the business day  once order and payment has been made. The following link can be used for tracking your package all the way to the desired destination.

RETURN POLICY

 

Due to the edible nature of our products, Deep Minds does not accept returns or refund purchases but please, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will consider each one on a case to case basis.
